Cambridge Pacific manufactures millions of custom packets and labels — quantities from 500 to 1,000,000. Our product spectrum spans seed packets, collection packets, labels, pouches and mailers. Along with numerous size opportunities, manufacturing options include self-seal flaps, recycled papers, soy-based inks, inside printing, coupon and informational flaps, and a number of coating options. Our printing operations are fully integrated and our equipment encompasses multiple full-color digital workstations, several six-color lithographic and web presses, and several high-speed cutting and folding machines. We are accustomed to small and large quantities spanning many items, produced quickly and cost effectively.

Custom Packets
With many standing dies and a multitude of converting machinery, we can produce packets and packaging to your specifications. From business-card packets to half-pound packets for Silver Queen Corn, we can make 500 or 5,000,000.

Horticultural Packets
Sometime in the early 1970s, Lyman White retired from Asgro Seed and started Cambridge Seed Packet Company. Starting from a barn on a hill, Cambridge Pacific now occupies more than 20,000 square feet of high-technology manufacturing space. The truth is that we’re operating in a converted chicken coop — our building is 42 feet wide and 400 feet long, with a few storage appendages attached. But, from RIPS to RAIDS, we have all the high-technology gizmos you’ll need.

Mailing Envelopes
For us, this is exciting — although it doesn’t take much to get envelope folks on the edge of their seat. Early in 2008, we hope to be able to produce #10, #9 and 6x9 mailing envelopes — with and without windows. We have recently received some really thrilling machinery from Germany and we hope to have conquered all the intricacies over the next few months. High Quality UV Roll-to-Roll Lithographic Printing
More excitement! And this is really cool: We have recently installed a six-color UV roll-to-roll lithographic printing press. This allows us to do short run labels for your cans or bags. Give us a call and ask for samples.

High Quality Flat Sheet Printing
“Okay, with six-color presses, UV coaters, cutters, folders, stitchers, and all that fancy stuff, can you print 2,000 sell sheets or 2,500 8.5x11 full-color 16-page books with flood-gloss UV on front and back covers?” Well, yes and no. As the previous text pages indicate, we are a fairly specialized printer that prints full color on flat sheets and then makes envelopes. However, we do use down time in our manufacturing cycles to produce any number of commercial printing items. But, if you want flat-sheet printing fast, we are not your printer. While it makes a lousy tagline, think of us as “cheap and slow” because our prices are competitive, but our manufacturing time is usually in the 2-6 week time period.
